KENNETH MARX is our Director of Audits and Retrofits. Ken is a 1990 graduate of Northern Illinois University and a BPI certified Building Analyst and Building Envelope Professional. Ken has over twenty years experience as an Illinois Residential Real Estate Appraiser. He is a licensed and insured general contractor and a lead-safe certified renovator.
